How and when should I use the Cloud Storage?Updated a day ago

The Cloud Storage function is for our 3rd Generation Wifi enabled cameras and used when you cannot or would prefer not to use a Micro SD card to record footage. Most of our cameras allow the use of SD cards but there are a few that are housed in waterproof casing with no access to an SD card slot. If you are unsure of wether your camera is compatible with a Micro SD card or Cloud Storage, please do contact us here.

This guide will go through our Cloud Storage option on the Green Feathers app. It will cover the different forms of subscription we offer as well as purchasing/cancelling and the playback settings.

Let's Begin:

Subscriptions we offer

Our Monthly Plans:

These will auto renew every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, the subscription will be valid for 30 days from purchase date.

Feathers (Basic Plan) - £3
The Feathers plan will save footage highlights for 7 days and then they are deleted.

Wings (Premium Plan) - £8
The Wings plan will save footage highlights for 30 days and then they are deleted.

Our Yearly Plans:

These will auto renew every 365 days and can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, the subscription will be valid for 365 days from purchase date.

Hazel (Basic Plan) - £35
The Hazel plan will save highlights for 7 days and then they are deleted

Oak (Premium Plan) - £75

Please note: You cannot continuously record via Cloud Storage, it will only allow event recording for motion that is detected. The subscriptions are per camera so if you have multiple cameras, you will also need multiple subscriptions.
