How and when should I use the Cloud Storage?Updated 9 days ago
The Cloud Storage function is for our 3rd Generation WiFi enabled cameras and used when you cannot or would prefer not to use a Micro SD card to record footage. Most of our cameras allow the use of SD cards but there are a few that are housed in waterproof casing with no access to an SD card slot. If you are unsure of whether your camera is compatible with a Micro SD card or Cloud Storage, please do contact us here.
This guide will go through our Cloud Storage option on the Green Feathers app. It will cover the different forms of subscription we offer as well as purchasing/cancelling and the playback settings.
Subscriptions we offer
Our Monthly Plans:
These will auto renew every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, the subscription will be valid for 30 days from purchase date.
Maple (Basic Plan) - £4.50
The Maple plan will save footage highlights for 14 days and then they are deleted.
Wings (Premium Plan) - £8
The Wings plan will save footage highlights for 30 days and then they are deleted.
The Cedar plan can be applied to two cameras. Saving footage highlights for 14 days before they are deleted
Our Yearly Plans:
These will auto renew every 365 days and can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, the subscription will be valid for 365 days from purchase date.
